I usually venture out to the Woodlands on the first Sunday of each month for The Woodlands Car Club’s Cars and Coffee for a Cause event held on Market St. This month was a bit different for me as I was in another state. I ended up missing one of my regular and favorites meets to attend, but Noah was able to attend the event and get some coverage for us.
There’s usually a good mixture of rides that come out, and if there’s good weather, it’s packed with some amazing machines. This month’s turnout looked pretty good, of course when I am gone there are some bad ass rides that show up. You never know what will make it out, there are some regulars that show up religiously and some others that might miss a few months in between their appearances. There’s also the first timers that come out.
Not only is this a great chance to check out some nice rides, it’s also a chance to give back to the community. Part of the club’s mission is to bring together the car community to help give back to some of the local organizations. This quarters collections went to Lone Star Animal Welfare League. All cars are welcome to the event, they just ask to donate whatever you can towards their collection. So far I will see you next month!
