The Car Culture returned once again to West Avenue River Oaks shopping center for another installment of their events back in April. I knew I wanted to attend the event, but once again, I had plans for the same day. Regardless, I decided to stop by and for some coverage. The key was to be on time to be sure I could continue the plans for the rest of the day’s activities to celebrate my son’s birthday.
Once I arrived, I wasted no time in getting my camera and heading up to the street level, I parked in the underground parking lot. There was a good turn out already, with some spots still available which more cars slowly filled in later. The crowd of people out here was pretty good as well, but both not completely packed like some of the previous meets. I tried not to spend too much time wasted on standing around since I was on a time crunch. so I didn’t spend much time chatting either. All business this time.
I was able to go through the venue to capture a shot of each ride with time to spare, hopefully I got all the ones that were there during my duration. With the extra time, I headed upstairs to snag a few shots from above and some close-up detail shots before heading out. The next event from The Car Culture is tomorrow, same place and time as of late which is 9 am till 11 am at West Avenue shopping center. See you there!
